Thinking & Overthinking

Hello friends as you all know today's situation of covid there are many people who are going through depression, overthinking and many mental health problems. I am here to talk about a specific topic and that is overthinking. According to me overthinking is something which we create ourselves. But as I know you all are thinking how we can stop this. According to me Overthinking is something you start thinking after your normal thinking. So friends I am here to talk  to you about some of the techniques which may help you to overcome your overthinking habit. The techniques are as follows:-

  1. You should start reading some good books.(Positive Attitude Books)
  2. You should exercise daily.
  3. You should always motivate yourself.
  4. You should believe ourselves.
  5. You should manage your sleep perfectly.
  6. You should start giving time to yourselves.
  7. You should start listening to good songs.
I know its very easy to say but you never know what a person is going through. But we have to overcome because it affects our daily life very badly. I will just say you all that you have to stop it and you have to look towards your bright future. Overthinking leads to many personal changes in our behaviour. Now a days our generation  is going through this particular problem. Some are going through thinking about future,Family Pressure & many more. But now its high time to spread positivity & change Ourselves.
